  • 01 Are your piercings safe?

    Yes. Every piece labeled 'piercing' is forged from ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium — the international standard for body-safe jewelry. Surgical steel and 14k solid gold ends are also available on request.

  • 02 How do I know my size or gauge?

    See our /sizing-guide page for a full conversion chart (gauge ↔ mm), inner diameter and post length recommendations. If in doubt, write to us with the dimensions of a current piece you wear.

  • 03 Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. USPS Priority within the US (2–3 business days). DHL Express internationally (3–7 business days). International duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

  • 04 Can I return a piercing?

    Body jewelry pieces don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, except for verifiable manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective piece, write to us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • 05 Do you accept custom commissions?

    Yes — see /custom-orders. We accept a limited number of commissions each season. Lead time is 6 months from accepted inquiry; a 50% deposit confirms the commission.

  • 06 Where are you based?

    Our workshop is in Truckee, California (North Lake Tahoe area). All pieces are forged here. Local pickup is available by appointment.

  • 07 Are your materials sourced ethically?

    Yes. Our titanium and gold come from certified suppliers in the US. Stones and wood are selected one by one. Atacama meteorite is sourced through verified Chilean cooperatives.

  • 08 Do you do custom sizing on existing pieces?

    Some pieces (rings, hangers) can be resized at a fee. Piercing pieces are made to standard ISO gauges and cannot be modified after forging. Write to us before ordering if you have specific requirements.

  • 09 Do you offer wholesale?

    Not at this time. Every piece leaves the studio direct to the wearer.
