- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days from Truckee
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Standard shipping under $150: $8 flat
- Discreet packaging — no logos visible on the outside
International
- DHL Express — 3–7 business days worldwide
- Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Tracking number provided in shipment confirmation email
Returns
- Body jewelry pieces don't accept returns for hygiene reasons
- Manufacturing defects: write within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we replace or refund
- Custom commissions are non-refundable after the 50% deposit
- Rings and amulets (non-piercing) accept exchange for size within 14 days, unworn condition
Processing time
- In-stock pieces: ship within 2 business days of payment
- Made-to-order pieces: 3–6 weeks before shipping
- Custom commissions: 6 months from inquiry
All shipments leave the workshop on Tuesdays and Fridays. Holiday and ceremonial days may delay shipping by 1–2 days.
