1. Who we are

Wenu Mapu SpA ("we", "us") is a small jewelry studio based in Truckee, California, operating the website at wenumapuonline.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus shipping and applicable taxes. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping with full refund if a piece is unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise impossible to fulfill.

3. Custom commissions

Custom commissions follow the terms published on /custom-orders, including a 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation, a 6-month lead time, and final balance due before shipping. By submitting a commission inquiry you acknowledge these terms.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping policy is published on /shipping-returns. International duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns

Body jewelry pieces don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, except for verifiable manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full return policy on /shipping-returns.

6. Warranty

All pieces carry a lifetime workshop repair on manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear, accidental damage, and modifications by third parties are not covered.

7. Limitation of liability

Information on this site (including the Care Guide and Healing Times by Zone) is educational, not medical advice. Consult a licensed piercer or healthcare provider for your specific case. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reaction, or improper aftercare.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, photographs, copy, illustrations, and the Wenu Mapu name and marks — is owned by Wenu Mapu SpA. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nevada County, California.
