We confirm by hand
Every order is read by the maker. We verify the piece, confirm your total with shipping or Truckee pickup, and email you the exact amount to pay.

You pay & we send
Pay by Venmo, Zelle or card (Mercado Pago). Once payment is matched, we hand-finish, pack and ship — and keep you updated by email the whole way.
Track your order
Every confirmation, payment note and shipping update is sent to the email you used at checkout — search your inbox for Wenu Mapu. Need a hand or a status check? Send us the email you ordered with and we'll answer personally.
